CEU Malolos Proposes Limited Face-To-Face Classes for Health Science Programs
To continue education and engagement, Centro Escolar University Malolos presented its proposal to hold limited face-to-face classes to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Local Government Unit Malolos COVID-19 Special Team for Dentistry, Nursing and Medical Technology programs.
Having been commended for complying with most of the “Guidelines on the Gradual Reopening of Campuses of Higher Education Institutions for Limited Face-to-Face Classes During the COVID-19 Pandemic (Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 2021-001)", CEU Malolos was granted approval of its proposal by CHED, and it was given seven (7) days to adapt with the rest of the requirements.
Present during the inspection were CHED Commissioner Aldrin Darilag, CHED Regional Director Dr. Ma. Teresita M. Semana, CEU President and Chief Academic Officer Dr. Maria Cristina Padolina, CEU Malolos Vice President Dr. Ma. Flordeliza L. Anastacio, Atty. Aida Bernardino- Business and Licensing Division Head, City Health Officer Dr. Victor Batanes, City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer Cesar Caluag Jr, Gertrudes Castro- City Administrator's Office, CINSP Roderick Marquez and other members of the LGU-DOH team.
Like its main campus in Manila which has already started its limited face-to-face-classes, CEU Malolos likewise puts priority to the health and safety of its students and faculty.
