HRM Faculty Updates in Plated Dessert Making

Keeping abreast with the innovations in food industry as a maxim, Mrs. Marisol Go, a CEU Malolos faculty from the College of Hospitality Management attended a two-day Workshop on Plated Dessert Making last November 16 and 17, 2018 at the Angelo King International Center, De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. Highlights of the activity include the demonstration on latest trends in plating dessert; playing textures and flavors in dessert such as gamache, paste and mousses, glazes, cake decorations; and capturing drama in food photography.
